Project Description
Conducted a comprehensive audit of the land database of the Lagos State Agricultural Land Holding Authority (ALHA) on behalf of the Ministry. The engagement focused on identifying revenue leakages, assessing the agency’s revenue generation processes, and evaluating the integrity of its land records. Based on our findings, we provided strategic recommendations and revenue projections to support the Lagos State Government’s objective of achieving its ₦2.5 billion budgeted revenue target from the agency.
